The Services may display market data, fundamentals, corporate actions, and derived analytics related to securities listed on Indian exchanges (including NSE and BSE) and other instruments.

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant timeliness or accuracy.
• No execution: unless explicitly stated, the Services do not place orders or execute trades.
• No guarantee: insights, scores, backtests, or projections are informational only and do not guarantee performance.

You agree not to misuse the Services. You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through scraping, bots, or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise security.

The Services and their content (including design, text, graphics, software, and analytics) are owned by Equifiz or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party marks, exchange names, and provider content remain the property of their respective owners.

Certain features may require payment. Prices, plan features, and billing frequency will be displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, payment processors, data providers, broker platforms). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing as described there.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equifiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equifiz and its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose security risks, or for operational/legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may modify the Services and these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
