The Services may display or process information related to securities listed on Indian exchanges (such as NSE and BSE), indices, corporate actions, fundamentals, and derived analytics.

• Delays & accuracy: market data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should verify information independently before making decisions.
• Derived insights: our analytics may compute signals, scores, or projections based on historical/available data. These are informational only and may not reflect real outcomes.
• No trade execution: unless explicitly stated, Equifiz does not execute trades or place orders. If we integrate with third-party brokers, those integrations are governed by the broker’s terms and privacy practices.

• Provide and operate the Services (authentication, core features, personalization, alerts).
• Improve and develop features, user experience, and performance, including analytics and debugging.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, billing, and support requests.
• Protect users and the platform (fraud prevention, abuse detection, security monitoring).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
